Why First Command?

Founded in 2025, First Command Property Management was created from real ownership experience. After managing a personal real estate portfolio since 2007 and building multiple businesses from the ground up, we became all too familiar with the frustrations many property owners face—poor communication, inconsistent follow-through, and the sense that your investment wasn’t being treated with the attention it deserves. With that in mind, First Command was built to solve those problems through structured systems, clear communication, and a commitment to consistent accountability.

We are proud to employ military veterans who are transitioning into civilian careers, bringing with them discipline, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
